Everyone is always nice and informative. The process of checking in was a little tricky but manageable. Repairs took three times longer than quoted with no explanation of why. I can only assume warranty fixes are lower priority so my repair was bumped for other customers. Even after that time small things that matter were missed (e.g. car was returned unwashed despite that being called out as complete on the paperwork). This has been consistent with my other experiences at this dealer which is a shame as I’ve purchased multiple cars from them. Likely won’t be coming back other than warranty work where I have no choice but to use them. More
