My car was towed there after it was stolen and even tho they didn’t benefit financially from getting to do any work on it they still treated me as if I was a paying customer! I was told, at last oil change, that I could get a loaner car, if bill was >$500. I needed a 30k service, so I scheduled, and verified I could get loaner. Woman at call center said yes. I also asked if I had any oil changes left on service plan. She couldn't tell me, and said that service rep would call. I verified that I could get loaner, as there is no place to kill time, at your location. She said that the rep would work that out with me. Never got a call. Needed to cancel. Called to reschedule. Guy told me I could not get a loaner car, and I would just have to wait all day. Never offered a ride or anything. I asked about service plan, he said someone would call me. Needless to say, no one called me. Though I did not schedule appointment, he apparently put it in anyway, as I got a notice that I had an appointment, on April 6th. I scheduled an oil change, for the last oil change on my plan (I had to look it up, as no one ever called me back, either time I asked about it.), for April 5. Tawnya was my representative, and she was excellent, however, I felt so disrespected by Groove service call center personnel, it was too late to rehab Groove's reputation. I should also add, that while I was waiting, two men were given loaner cars... You folks have a real problem there, and though Tawnya was great, your call center people are so phenomenally incompetent and unreliable, I do not trust the shop any longer. I actually asked Tawnya if there had been a change in management, as I have never had such terrible service at Groove... More

The service area needs to get a handle on their scheduling and how many vehicles they can take in and turn around timely. This is the second time I scheduled an oil change (8:30 am) and had to leav scheduling and how many vehicles they can take in and turn around timely. This is the second time I scheduled an oil change (8:30 am) and had to leave my car overnight. My vehicle was not ready until later the following day. I understand things are not what they used to be but we’ve been dealing with staffing shortages for a couple of years now. Step back and evaluate. More
I am very unhappy with this service location. It’s not anyone person either. My dash display has not been working right ever since I bought the car.
