Took car in for recall. Scheduled appointment online. Service Rep stated he would try to expedite service. After waiting 2 hours, inquired of status. For an unknown reason, Service Rep asked another individual to see me when the car was ready and that did not happen -- miscommunication. As a side note, the same Service Rep helped me the day before for LOF on another car and he was excellent. More
