I appreciated their effort because there is very limited inventory of the model we were looking for - 2017 Outback 3.6R. Their dedication to track, secure, and place on hold the car we wanted was unprecedented. We only had to wait for 5 days! I was also impressed by their team work and Ryan the Sales Manager desire to help his sales associate succeed and provide the resources to deliver a positive customer service experience. Great experience I was able to get the same deal at a few different places but Nathan was the most genuine of everyone we had spoken to. He ended up being great to wor I was able to get the same deal at a few different places but Nathan was the most genuine of everyone we had spoken to. Like a lot of Colorado, we are dog people and Groove is very dog friendly and Nathan used to be a vet-tech. My wife had a good experience a couple of years ago at a different local Subaru dealer and said she liked her Groove experience better. More
