I had a very pleasant experience with the professional staff at Groove Subaru for purchase of a new 2011 Forester. I was treated with courtesy and respect and did not encounter high pressure sales tactic staff at Groove Subaru for purchase of a new 2011 Forester. I was treated with courtesy and respect and did not encounter high pressure sales tactics. Jeff Simpson and Dan Cote were wonderful to work with and I appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness. We went in to see if we were ready to trade our Mini Cooper S for an Outback as we have left the city for the Rocky Mountains. Tom Kim was there to guide us through the entire process and was extremely Cooper S for an Outback as we have left the city for the Rocky Mountains. Tom Kim was there to guide us through the entire process and was extremely professional and courteous. I have never dealt with a dealership that not only honored all of their spoken policies, but were obviously comitted to making sure that we were 100% satisfied. and we are. We started out with a 2008 but ended up getting a 2011, and we love it. Mike, the Finance Manager, was great to deal with and managed to get us an awesome rate. Jeff, the Sales Manager, was very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to many years with this new car and plan to have our service done there. When we buy our second car, we're definitely calling Tom Kim to set us up. It's Subaru all the way while we're in CO More

I was not looking to purchase a car that day. The salesman (Andrew) was curteous, professional and knowledgeable not 'salesy' or pushy. The Sales Manager was very good about working within my price range. The finance experience (Ron and Aldo) was one of the best I have ever had - polite, respected my wishes not to be 'sold' any additional services,etc. And the best part....my salesman sat with me in the finance office, for moral support :) Overall, one of the most straight up, car buying experiences ever.
