When I initially made an inquiry through the Subaru website, I was inundated with emails, texts, & calls from local dealerships. As a person who likes to investigate things on my own a bit, I thought I was simply getting more info, but it turned out I was being "pitched" to. John was the only salesperson to provide information, no pressure, & a bit of space to chew on my decision before reaching out again. When I finally decided, he offered to meet me before the dealership opened and much before his normal shift. He made the process fun & was incredibly personable. When I gave him a # he did everything in his power and ended up getting me there. I love my new Outback! I know I'll be back to work with John and Groove in the future! More

It started with an innocuous email from us to Groove asking about a deal we saw in an email, when we immedi We just leased a 2017 Outback from Groove. It started with an innocuous email from us to Groove asking about a deal we saw in an email, when we immediately received a return email from both Alexis and Chris Giordano asking how he could be of help. He was so helpful with our questions and what vehicles he had, we agreed to test drive. After a lot of online research and talking, I went to test drive a few vehicles and we talked about some monetary options. Chris was helpful and thorough with explaining all our options and the differences between the two vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I went back together the next afternoon (a Saturday). We went for test drives with Chris taking the time the go over how eyesight and other safety additions worked. After getting back to the dealership, we went over all the numbers and he worked with us in getting us into the amazing 2017 Outback Limited - loaded with every feature we wanted. Even though it was getting late on a Saturday, we never felt rushed while we were trying to make our decision. Chris was more than willing to keep working with us, no matter the day or time. There was never any pressure or games the whole time we were with Chris, he was professional, easy going, and extremely pleasant to work with. In the end, we left in a new 2017 pearl red Outback, exactly all the features we wanted and payments we wanted. We will be recommending Chris to friends as well as returning when time for a new Subaru. More

Ordered and Purchased 2017 Subaru Forester I am a long-term customer at Groove and have used this facility since 1994 (formerly Burt) for the three Subaru's I have owned over the years. I curr I am a long-term customer at Groove and have used this facility since 1994 (formerly Burt) for the three Subaru's I have owned over the years. I currently have a 2000 Forester and 2002 Legacy. This dealership has kept them running like new! My favorite Service Advisor is Brett Tossie, who has helped me since 1994. We ordered a new Forester to be built with the options we desired. I worked with Dan Cassin to get the car ordered. He was excellent and kept me up to date on the status of delivery. Dan and Chris Giordano finalized the details when the car arrived. I will continue to use Groove for service on the three Subaru's I now own. Great team!! More
