Destiny provided us with the best car-b Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Destiny was name of our Mazda rep. She is amazing and truly "gets it." Destiny provided us with the best car-buying experience ever!!! Considering we're in our 40's and have bought/leased 20+ vehicles collectively... that is the best compliment/ review we could possibly give Destiny at Groove Mazda. She listened to us & was able to match our individual needs/wants to the features & benefits of a CX-5 & a CX-9. Destiny's level of customer service was superior!!! If you're in market for a new vehicle, then go see Destiny at Groove Mazda!!! More

Best Experience I had the best experience with Andrew Gonzales at Mazda Groove in Centennial. I knew what car I wanted to test drive going in, but I didn't know much I had the best experience with Andrew Gonzales at Mazda Groove in Centennial. I knew what car I wanted to test drive going in, but I didn't know much else. Andrew was the first one to greet me, and from step one to the end, he was a great help through the entire car buying process. He was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, it made the process stress free and actually enjoyable. It was my first time shopping for a car on my own, but Andrew never confused me or made me feel like I was asking the wrong questions. Andrew came in on his day off to finish the paperwork with me, and he even put a huge bow on my car since it was my birthday. That extra personal touch is what set this experience apart from what I expected. I highly recommend buying a car from Mazda Groove and from Andrew in particular. I'm in love with my new Mazda and extremely grateful for the customer service I received. More
Purchase successful; everything since miserable. I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 in September 2014 after doing a bit of shopping around for the best deal. Andrew Gonzalez was my salesperson, and he was a good guy. He is not the problem with this dealership. He was quick to respond to any questions, and we were able to quickly identify the vehicle I wanted. I made a purchase, and I even spent a bit extra to get an extended warranty. Since the purchase, Groove Mazda has been terrible to deal with. Service never seemed to be available when I wanted/needed it. Accessories/add-ons were always a bit more expensive than everywhere else. I never ended up using them for service or accessories because of this. I moved away. Figured I was done with Groove Mazda. Unfortunately, the aforementioned extended warranty has been a painful thorn in my side. I never utilized the warranty, and I traded in the CX-5. I talked to the dealer that took the CX-5 as a trade in, and I was told the warranty could be cancelled and partially refunded. The warranty company told me the same, but I had to cancel it through Groove Mazda. I started this cancellation process back in June (it's now almost September). It took me calling three times a day for five days to get on the phone with someone that could help. Despite providing the needed documentation to Brian Ruby on June 28th and being told via the documentation and over the phone that it took no more than six weeks to get a refund, I have received nothing. No one answers the phone (finance dept, managers, general manager). No one responds to emails. No one returns voicemails. As of the 8/22, the extended warranty company has told me that the warranty has not been cancelled and no one from Groove has contacted them about it whatsoever. In over eight weeks, no one from Groove Mazda has provided a single ounce of customer service. I will NEVER do business with Groove Mazda again. More

One of the best experiences ever-when buying a car!! I would like to start by thanking my sales rep, Lori Lucy. She was amazing from the beginning, she had a lot on patience with me, which is hard to get when dealing with a sales person. I felt she really cared for my needs/likes, she was determined to help me find the right car, even if it meant showing me quite a few cars in the heat. When I found the car I felt in love with, Alex from finance sweeten the deal by finding a lower interest rate for my loan, I was already pre approved by one of the banks I use, but Alex went the extra mile to get me a better rate. I could not be happier with my experience. The only thing I would recommend the dealership is to look into their detailing department. They are terrible, Lori had to send the car back three times, their detailing wasn't even close to what you would expect from a regular clean at your local car wash, even at the end I was not completely satisfied with their job but I was at least happy because I knew Lori tried to get them to do it properly. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of buying a car to go and see Lori, as she shows all the qualities you look for in a sales person, you will not feel any pressure, and she will not stop until you are happy with your choice. A stressful life lesson A costly life lesson, courtesy of Groove Mazda. *UPDATED (8-2-2017)* When someone bought the used car I was eyeing, Groove Mazda stepped up and off A costly life lesson, courtesy of Groove Mazda. *UPDATED (8-2-2017)* When someone bought the used car I was eyeing, Groove Mazda stepped up and offered me a generous price for a brand-new Mazda 3 to make up for it. At $16,500, it was only a thousand dollars more than what I had set aside. I asked numerous times that $16,500 was the final, out-the-door price and was sent a breakdown of the fees, taxes, and rebates confirming it was. I agreed over the phone, and that’s when the numbers changed. While I made the 300 mile trip to the dealership, they worked on the contract, adding $3,700 in extended warranty and protection packages without my consent or knowledge. I would never have accepted these additional charges had I been given the choice. I sat down to fill out the paperwork, unaware the deck had already been stacked against me. The finance plan that looked so good, was based on a $20,200 price tag, not $16,500. The warranty benefits I thought came standard, were the extra items I never agreed to. When I questioned one of the totals, the finance manager broke the numbers down and it came to $16,500. Perfect. I thought we were on the same page, but we were thousands of dollars apart. Ultimately, it is my responsibility to know how much I’m paying before signing anything. I was supposed to have seen the extra charges they’d added and make them redo the contract. But I didn’t. I trusted the people I was working with to have my best interests in mind, but all they saw were dollar signs. They offered me an amazing deal to keep me at the negotiating table, and then they recollected those savings by adding upgrades without my permission. Why would I be okay paying $20,200, after stressing $16,500 again and again and again? The answer is: They didn’t care. It is my fault for not adding the numbers myself. It is my fault for being naïve, for not asking enough questions, and for trusting the experts. I signed the contracts and realized a day later what I’d missed. I was upset and embarrassed and frustrated with myself for not catching what seemed so obvious later. I emailed the general manager, general sales manager, and the sales associate and finance manager I worked with to explain how disappointed I was with how I was treated. I have NOT heard back from anyone. There’s nothing more I can do but post reviews of my experience on as many sites as possible to prevent others from making the same mistakes. No matter how nice the staff is to work with, don’t let your guard down. Don’t assume the price you agreed upon is the price that will be on the contract. And don’t expect Groove Mazda to be any better than the car dealers of the past. I love my new car. I just wish Groove Mazda had enough respect for their customer, and his budget, to not upcharge him without asking. Buyers beware. *UPDATE (8-2-2017): I heard back from Sara, the sales associate who worked with me from the beginning. She was very apologetic and helpful with resolving my frustration. Working with the finance manager, Alex, both the extended warranty and protection package were canceled, and that money will roll into the principle of my loan. Unfortunately, I must wait 8 to 10 weeks until that money appears. I have added two stars to my original review for the assistance and cooperation I received, and I will be happy to add another when the money shows up in a couple months. I can’t erase or ignore the stress of the past two weeks, but Groove Mazda stepped up and helped me resolve the issue. In 8 to 10 weeks, it’ll be over. I’ll keep you posted when it’s done. More
They were highly recommended, I can see why. My parents brought me here after my car was totaled so that I could work with Tracy DeMeza. She was great to work with. She was very clear in answering my questions, patient as I sorted through the buying process. At the very end she took the time to walk me through the features of my car and even help me get my Bluetooth phone set up. And if that wasn't enough, she helped my Mom set her system up. This just shows the kind of service they offer here. More
