I was fully mislead and scammed by the dealership. DO NOT COME TO GROOVE MAZDA. After purchasing my vehicle, I had many instances of verbal and written (emails and text messages) communication confi DO NOT COME TO GROOVE MAZDA. After purchasing my vehicle, I had many instances of verbal and written (emails and text messages) communication confirming my tow hitch that was ordered but not available at the time I picked up my car, would be ready in June. Once the date arrived for my hitch, Groove stopped messaging me. I called the parts department who told me I have no tow hitch and it is not possible to install a tow hitch in CX-30s. This was one of the very first questions that I asked when I came in to look at vehicles and Wendel and representatives of the parts department both confirmed not only that the tow hitch was definitely fine on the CX-30 but that it was on order for me and that my purchase price included the tow hitch. I further confirmed again with Wendel when I came back to spec out my vehicle, and a third time when I came back to purchase it. They are now fully refusing to honor the tow hitch and are claiming it cannot be done and that I will not get any money back. They used outright lies and manipulation to sell me a vehicle. Please please go to reputable businesses for your next vehicle and I hope this spares you my experience. More
on April 9th I purchased a blue 2015 Ford Edge, it was just the car I wanted. Everyone there was very friendly & helpful. The gentleman that helped me purchase my car was great, his name is Jeff. He went above & beyond the call of duty, and he still is. The warranty that i purchase is amazing. Its better than the warranty you get with a brand new car. Anyway all the people there are just great, except Jeff he is the greatest.Thanks again guys! More
Fantastic experience with Groove Mazda and especially Wendel. I first reached out to him in Sept/Oct 2021 about a new lease on a CX-30. He was very knowledgeable and suggested different options to fit my budget. Fast forward 6 months and after much research on my own, I determined Groove Mazda was where I wanted to make my next purchase. Fortunately for me, Wendel was right there ready to pick up where we left off and within days he had me in a brand new CX-30. A huge thanks to Wendel, and the entire Groove team! Look forward to continuing the relationship for years to come. More

Unfortunately wifey totaled her 2014 CX-9 couple of weeks ago, so needed a replacement. We're Utah residents, so after searching the entire state of Utah for a new red CX-9, no luck. After expanding our search, we located the right "red" 2021 CX-9 (with no dealer mark-up) at Groove Mazda in Centennial CO. I contacted Zack Love in Sales, who handled the deal seamlessly from start to finish. Then an easy flight from SLC to DEN, Uber to Groove Mazda in Centennial, where the right car was all ready; all paperwork correct, no funny business, and a pleasant drive home. Highly recommend Zack and his team. More

On our 40000 mile 2014 CX5 which was serviced from new by this dealership had its transmission “flushed Do NOT trust the service at this dealership!! On our 40000 mile 2014 CX5 which was serviced from new by this dealership had its transmission “flushed” with a non Mazda product according to their own recommendations when we took it in for scheduled fluid service. We followed their suggestions and spent well over $1000.00. The result was the transmission failing while on the road in Utah (less than 500 miles after service) In Utah we had the car towed to a Mazda dealer in St George. When we described what was done at Groove the Utah dealership was amazed that the transmission was “flushed” at a Mazda dealership and told us that it is never to be done. The simple draining of the fluid with replacement fluid afterward is all that should be done. We received no help at all from Groove and none from Mazda corporate. Phone calls and e mails were not even returned. We had no choice but to pay $4000.00 + for a used transmission installed by the St George Mazda dealership in order to get the car returned. I’d long been a fan of Mazda cars but this experience will have us never buying another and certainly never using Groove in centennial, Colorado for service on our CX5 again. Use them at your own risk. They upsell everything and stand behind nothing. More
