At first my husband and I were upset to learn that a policy given to us by Burt didn't cover the part I needed for my car. I am really annoyed that a key with remoteless entry was $380. I needed a backup and could not justify spending this much so I went with the cheaper keys which was still $150 for two keys. I know that there are security measure built into the key but quite frankly your pricing is exorbitant. I can go but a brand new iPad 2 for $400. Are you telling me that the key has about the same technology???? I have an Audi and have owned a Range Rover and their replacement keys are $275 and $325 respectively? Is Mazda now all of a sudden packing more technology in their keys then them? I love the car and have had great service here but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I have already told 5 or 6 people about how ridiculous this is. Not the best PR for you guys. Not sure there is anything that can be done but wanted to share my opining with you. They matched all other possible offers on our trade in and let us leave with a new car even when the check could only be sent a few days later. I had visited a few other dealers in town while looking for a Mazda 3. All of them wanted to take me through there process of slow and not really helping me out. I went to Groove and the process was super for a Mazda 3. All of them wanted to take me through there process of slow and not really helping me out. I went to Groove and the process was super simple and easy. I told them I had already driven and just wanted a great deal and time was Important to me. They went out of there way to make sure I got a great deal and it wasn't a battle to get it. The entire process took less than an hour and a half and I have the blue Mazda 3 I was looking for! Never ever trust this company. They talked my wife into a 30K mile inspection which cost $450 (after a 10% discount). They flushed out a bunch of fluids that did not need it. They rotated and balanced tires that I just bought from them 2 months prior after I told them that when I made the appointment. Biggest rip-off ever!!! Will never go there again!!! More
