I don't like how your tech's take the car out for a "driving inspection". Its nothing more than a joy ride in someone else's car. I take my car to you to get something done. If I don't request for you to try and diagnose something, then I don't expect (or want) you to go drive my car. Your tech should merely need to pull my car into the bay...that is IT. The first time I took my car in to you, the tech scratched my shift knob up with his ring, adjusted my seat to a position that he preferred better than my own, and cranked my AC. The second time (most recently-- for warranty of the wiper ground wire). The tech took the car for yet another drive...cranked my AC...and washed my car. For one, I don't run my car through automated car washes...those are only good for scratching the already poor Mazda paint. Plus, my car was already clean. You simply succeeded in washing off my quality cleaning/wax products with your subpar economy products. Secondly, my car has all of 8k miles on it. I doubt the tech's need to "test drive" my car to make certain that everything is up to "spec". More
Overall, the experience was great and I would certainly recommend this dealership and its service department. My only concern lies with online appointment process. This is the second time I've used this feature, and both times I had to make follow-up phone calls -- more than 72 later -- to verify and confirm receipt of the appointment. Customer Service: Very nice. Made an appointment only 1 days in advance. Quality of work: Brought in new 2011Mazda 3 so probably wasn't much to do. Informative. Overall Experience: Quick. Waiting room was fine. Price: Oil change was a little expensive (plus it's synthetic). But I guess I don't mind paying a little extra it keep the car in Mazda's hands. More

I was looking for a place to get service done on my Tribute on a regular basis and a friend recommended Groove Mazda. I found Groove Mazda staff to be very friendly and it was a convenient location to Tribute on a regular basis and a friend recommended Groove Mazda. I found Groove Mazda staff to be very friendly and it was a convenient location to get to. Other places had a 1-2 week waiting list and if I had coupons, even longer! I was able to make an appointment for the next day and the service people were very friendly. They explained how long the service would take and even put a sticker in the window so I would know when to return for my next service. I will definitely come in more regularly after the mechanic explained to me how important regular oil changes are. I also thought the price was reasonable. It may have been a little higher than a fast lube place, but all of my fluid levels were checked as well as my filters. The mechanic made recommendations on what needed to be changed immediately and what had more wear left. I appreciated the honesty and that they did not try to replace everything at once (I have had other shops do that). I was able to wait for the service in a comfortable waiting room with coffee and the morning news on tv. I will definitely recommend this service shop to my friends and family and I will be back. More
