After a not so pleasant experience at another dealer, walking into Groove was a welcome surprise. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere put me at ease. I took my car in for service and discovered it needed a major repair that I wasn't ready to do. Dan was also very clear that my car was not safe to drive and concerned that I not leave in it. Dan walked me over to the Mazda sales department and introduced me to Mark and the rest of the team. I told the sales team they had exactly one hour to convince me I wanted a Mazda, as I needed to get to my office. I drove the Tribute, the CX9 and the CX7 and made my decision on the purchase in about 15 minutes. The paperwork took another hour, so we went over my original time limit, but I made it to the office just in time. I ended up purchasing a used CX9, which I absolutely love! From Dan to Mark to Bryan, my experience was a very easy transition from my old car to the new one. And Dan will be fixing my old car for my daughter, who is turning 16 in 1.5 years. I had promised it to her, so I did not trade it in, just delayed the repair. I am very happy with my new car! Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a very bad day into a great one!! More
I first came in to the dealership in 2010 to gather information on the car I was interested in. At that time Josh (taller, younger; I can''t remember his last name) helped me and was very nice. He was terrific and made the overall experience great! He worked very hard to get us what we wanted in regards to the car itself and more importantly the financing. We did visit other dealerships but returned to yours because of the positive experiences with Marty and Josh. We also felt comfortable as fist time new car buyers with these to gentlemen. I contacted Kenny in a panic as I was on the highway watching my temperature gauge elevate higher and higher to the "H" level. He assisted me immediately, gave me a quick assessment (which turned out to be correct), and provided me with a loaner vehicle. On the following day, Kenny called me to let me know what time the car would be looked at and then called me a again when the repairs were complete. Finally, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was fixed and I was out of the service dept within 5 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience. More
