I took my car in for service and discovered it needed a major repair that I wasn't ready to do. Dan was also very clear that my car was not safe to drive and concerned that I not leave in it. Dan walked me over to the Mazda sales department and introduced me to Mark and the rest of the team. I told the sales team they had exactly one hour to convince me I wanted a Mazda, as I needed to get to my office. I drove the Tribute, the CX9 and the CX7 and made my decision on the purchase in about 15 minutes. The paperwork took another hour, so we went over my original time limit, but I made it to the office just in time. I ended up purchasing a used CX9, which I absolutely love! From Dan to Mark to Bryan, my experience was a very easy transition from my old car to the new one. And Dan will be fixing my old car for my daughter, who is turning 16 in 1.5 years. I had promised it to her, so I did not trade it in, just delayed the repair. I am very happy with my new car! Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a very bad day into a great one!! More
I first came in to the dealership in 2010 to gather information on the car I was interested in. At that time Josh (taller, younger; I can''t remember his last name) helped me and was very nice. At that time I was not prepared to buy the car, I was just interested in gathering info. I returned this year and I was told Josh worked in a different department. Marty helped us. He was terrific and made the overall experience great! He worked very hard to get us what we wanted in regards to the car itself and more importantly the financing. We did visit other dealerships but returned to yours because of the positive experiences with Marty and Josh. We also felt comfortable as fist time new car buyers with these to gentlemen. I contacted Kenny in a panic as I was on the highway watching my temperature gauge elevate higher and higher to the "H" level. He assisted me immediately, gave me a quick assessment (which turned out to be correct), and provided me with a loaner vehicle. On the following day, Kenny called me to let me know what time the car would be looked at and then called me a again when the repairs were complete. Finally, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was fixed and I was out of the service dept within 5 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience. More

In a world where people come into contact with "service" each day of the week, the level can range from good to very poor these days. What a fantastic experience to have worked with Kenny at Groo "service" each day of the week, the level can range from good to very poor these days. What a fantastic experience to have worked with Kenny at Groove Mazda. He proved that an excellent service model can still exist in today's fast paced life. My 1992 Mazda Miata has been going there for over 5 years for oil changes and at the most recent one, there were few things amiss given it was almost at 60,000 miles. Kenny provided me the cost estimate, assisted me with a coupon for service and provided updates as the repair work was occurring. After a new water pump and timing belt, the car was still getting to a high temperature on the highway with the AC going based on their testing. After more research, Kenny and his mechanic found that the radiator was the cause. At the end of the service, Kenny called and was very accommodating to my schedule and getting me on my way. Big kuddo's to Kenny and the staff at Groove Mazda! I'll be back and have already began telling my friends about the fantastic service I received! More
