The service on my Mazda went exactly as planned, with a minimal wait and no upselling (not much to try and upsell considering its a new car). I had made a decision on a Mazda CX9 and realized that the car was bigger than I needed. I returned the car after the 3rd day and wanted to purchase the CX7 which was better for my needs. They told me $4 the car was bigger than I needed. I returned the car after the 3rd day and wanted to purchase the CX7 which was better for my needs. They told me $499 was waived since I would purchase another vehicle. Unfortunately, the CX7 I wanted wasn't on their lot so they had to get the car from another dealer in which they would not be able to take the additional $2500 off the car as their incentive on the other cars on their lot.. We said we would go ahead and pay the $499 return fee and go to another dealer and get the better deal. They said they could work out something which was basically taking $400 off the new car. I did not understand all of this at the time because they were very vague about the amount of the car, and just told me they would get me a discount on the sticker price and it would be comparable to what I could buy one for on their lot. I agreed to this, but when I called them 2 days later to ask them why I did not get the $2500 Incentive they are offering on the cars on their lot, they told me that was only for cars they had in stock, and there was nothing more they would do. They did not look out for what was the best deal for me. They only looked out for their profit, and made the most of it. They are vague and deceptive in their sales practices. They lied about availability of options, saying they were not available, when in fact they were when I checked cars on other dealers’ lots. We will never do business with Groove Mazda, or any other Groove Dealerships again. More
My car was serviced at the appointment time, no extra wait. The work was completed a little before the estimate, which is fine. The service technicians were all very friendly. I always have a good experience at Groove's Mazda service department. They are very forthright in explaining the work they intend to do and then make sure you understand what has been done. They provide up department. They are very forthright in explaining the work they intend to do and then make sure you understand what has been done. They provide updates while waiting and turn around the job in a timely manner. I recently bought a Ford product at another dealer but will bring it to Groove Ford for service because of my experiences with the Mazda service department. More
I have been buying new cars since the early 80’s. I must say this was the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a new car. Your sales team was amazingly nice and showed me they cared and wanted say this was the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a new car. Your sales team was amazingly nice and showed me they cared and wanted me to buy my next new car from them. It was hassle free and took such little time to get the deal done. Which I really appreciated that as I don’t have much time these days. I truly was in and out and on my way with my new little Zoom Zoom car. I also was able to meet one of the service advisors who set me up with my first oil change, the technicians were vary nice and answered all my questions about my new car and the parts advisors where just as nice and helpful. I look forward to being a long time customer with your dealership. I have already told and recommended the sales team to my family and my customers. I do work for Groove, however your team did not know this when they first met me. You have a winning team working for you. Spencer Bowen was great. I had brought the car in 2 weeks previosly.I needed a brake light changed, oil/filter and breaks. Although I arrived early he was completely booked that day. I was able to wait for t previosly.I needed a brake light changed, oil/filter and breaks. Although I arrived early he was completely booked that day. I was able to wait for the oil/breaks, but the break light needed to be done and he got it done right then and there. I then made an appointment for Sept 12th for the others. I really appreciated his eagerness to get the light changed even though he was busy. When I did return on the 12th, again he was very accomodating and called me at home later to discuss exactly what they found. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Groove Mazda and Spencer Bowen. Thank you, Robin Anderson More
I have always had good service at Groove Mazda, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate the wireless internet (wifi) in the waiting area, and the table, so I can work while wait staff is very helpful and friendly. Am extremely satisfied with the repair. They looked at it, correctly diagnosed the problem, and successfully resolved the problem completely.
