Brought the 2006 Shinka Edition RX 8 in for oil change service & several other things inc. a recall. There was an issue with my tail-light collecting ridiculous amounts of water within it when it rained service & several other things inc. a recall. There was an issue with my tail-light collecting ridiculous amounts of water within it when it rained (like 4" of water inside) & it's seal I guess was a bad factory part with defective seals; at 1st the solution presented wasn't acceptable but Service Rep. & Manager were awesome and found a compromise & a solution that worked well for the both of us. Customer service is a tough business but they did what was right for a grateful & long time client of ya'll's. How they handled the repairs & issue with the tail-light made the difference and I will continue to repeat my business at this location. Thanks for everything ya'll are awesome. ") More
Great sales experience and very competitive - Sales Manager solved an issue with registration delay in very appreciated way. Purchase experience was far more professional than McDonalds Service proved accommodating in terms of brakes which I asked to be replaced when pulsating in virtually new car while Mazda HO said just re grind. Groove team agreed to this and much appreciated. Certainly went extra mile. More
The service on my Mazda went exactly as planned, with a minimal wait and no upselling (not much to try and upsell considering its a new car). I had made a decision on a Mazda CX9 and realized that the car was bigger than I needed. I returned the car after the 3rd day and wanted to purchase the CX7 which was better for my needs. They told me $4 the car was bigger than I needed. I returned the car after the 3rd day and wanted to purchase the CX7 which was better for my needs. They told me $499 was waived since I would purchase another vehicle. Unfortunately, the CX7 I wanted wasn't on their lot so they had to get the car from another dealer in which they would not be able to take the additional $2500 off the car as their incentive on the other cars on their lot.. We said we would go ahead and pay the $499 return fee and go to another dealer and get the better deal. They said they could work out something which was basically taking $400 off the new car. I did not understand all of this at the time because they were very vague about the amount of the car, and just told me they would get me a discount on the sticker price and it would be comparable to what I could buy one for on their lot. I agreed to this, but when I called them 2 days later to ask them why I did not get the $2500 Incentive they are offering on the cars on their lot, they told me that was only for cars they had in stock, and there was nothing more they would do. They did not look out for what was the best deal for me. They only looked out for their profit, and made the most of it. They are vague and deceptive in their sales practices. They lied about availability of options, saying they were not available, when in fact they were when I checked cars on other dealers’ lots. We will never do business with Groove Mazda, or any other Groove Dealerships again. More
My car was serviced at the appointment time, no extra wait. The work was completed a little before the estimate, which is fine. The service technicians were all very friendly.
