Poor customer service I spent 30 minutes on the phone, on hold, getting passed around to different departments, hung up on several times, trying to get in touch with the se I spent 30 minutes on the phone, on hold, getting passed around to different departments, hung up on several times, trying to get in touch with the service department regarding fixing a punctured tire I bought from them and an oil change. After 30 minutes, I believe a front office lady, who was very nice and helpful, was able to talk to the service department, no idea why I wasn't able to talk to them, and they wanted to charge $20 to fix the tire. I was also hoping to get an oil change. I called discount tire, they answered immediately, and are fixing my tire for free and customer service is great. I doubt I will be giving future services or car buying business to Groove Ford. More

If you have any problems or issues be sure that they don't care! No one will help you and solve your problems. They absolutely don't respect carriers! I've been in this business for more than 4 years and I've never seen such ignore attitude! I have a 5-star rating of the carrier, we have arrived at the spot March 11th to get car picked up. But vehicle has been picked up March 6th. We asked for dry-run fee , cause we spent our time , fuel and money to get there , but they've just laughed at us, telling they will add $50 for next car. Nobody at their company tried to solve the situation. Jeremy and Bryan Haarhues did nothing but kept hung up on me. And some girl at their service told me i have called to a hospital and i should quit bothering them , but the thing is , that i've messages from number that i've dialed , showing gatepass for vehicle , meaning that they lied to me. The company's management knows this, but does nothing. Why do we need such a company, if I have to solve all my problems myself? I would give them 0 stars if i could Do not mess with them if you do not want to work for free. More
Service work on my 28 year old Bronco2 I purchased a 1990 Bronco 2 in nearby Arvada last month. The car was in need of servicing before I could drive it home to Phoenix, Arizona. I came to I purchased a 1990 Bronco 2 in nearby Arvada last month. The car was in need of servicing before I could drive it home to Phoenix, Arizona. I came to Groove Ford for that work. The drive is around 1000 miles with many miles between towns. My service coordinatorr was Thomas David in the quick lane facility. I want to compliment his focus and help along with the mechanic who serviced my 28 year old purchase. Mr David really helped getting me on my way by discussing and managing the scope of work needed to make my trip home uneventful. Service work included an alignment, tune up, shock absorbers, change fluids, and screen this old girl for potential problems under the hood. The vehicle had not been maintained recently, although the used car dealership had replaced the front disc brake pads and recharged the freon before I bought it. Some of the Ford parts for my Bronco 2 had to be ordered due to the age of the truck. I really appreciate Mr David's mechanical knowledge, as well as that of the mechanic's work. With virtually no appointment I was able to drive in late on a Thursday and leave for home on Saturday afternoon. I had no problems at all on my drive and the truck ran much better after your service work. Thank you very much. I could not have asked for a better experience! Craig Cooper More

A 2011 Ford Fusion that your going to charge $15,102 to fix! Had that been the reality I’d being buying a new vehicle! Customer service is terrible which I could see why after that cost! Outrageous! Got my car towed immediately I could tell they didn’t care didn’t sympathize but when the tow driver came they were calling your car is being towed! Had you answered your phones got your messages you would have known your price ridiculous! I still have the message on my phone as a simple reminder if something don’t sound right it’s not! Your crazy not work with someone putting that kinda money in for a repair cuz it lost a job all the way around! More

They told me that the spark plugs, coils and engine controller are bad and need to be replaced.. Over a $1000 later all my smart friends were asking me why they replaced all the parts at once and not replace the plugs and see if that I trusted them to not screw me over. I believe there techs get commission, makes since why they are replacing parts that don't need replacing. Stay away!!!!! More
Awful Customer Service I have been going to this dealership for well over a year. The service department told me multiple times that they could not figure out the popping no I have been going to this dealership for well over a year. The service department told me multiple times that they could not figure out the popping noise in the front end of my car they would randomly fix it and say it was good than it would start again. We have had my edge in the shop more times than I can remember now. In June of 2017 we decided that we were going to trade it in after the 5th time of being in the shop for the same problem. So we went to the dealer and picked out an expedition, they told us everything was good with the loan and we took the new car home.. We always felt something wasn't right and as the weeks went on our bank finally called us after a month and said we were late on our payment for our edge that we traded in. We were very confused and started calling the dealership they did not return calls right away, it actually took them a week to get back to us just to tell us that we really weren't financed for the vehicle the loan to value was to high. So we returned the car and took the edge back. Disappointing to say the least but frustrating that someone did not call us right away to tell us what was going on. Now here we are September 2017 and it is back in the shop with the same issues it has been having since November 2016, we are being told that it isn't covered under our extended warranty, funny that all of a sudden you know what is wrong with it but you couldn't figure it out almost a year ago or even when it got traded in. I am frustrated because the lack of communication is not there nor do any of your employees care about customers. they are just there to make money. I had a knot in my stomach this time bringing it to the shop again because I knew what was going to happen and what I was going to get told. My husband have recommended business to you guys before because we thought you were all wonderful. that will not happen anymore. I hope your employees get better training on customer service More

Poor workmanship Really!!! You have had my truck twice now for close to 3 months. 1st because of inferior valves and total engine on a 2 year old F250. 2nd because of Really!!!
