Rating is ZERO. Service is beyond bad. This team couldn't organize a two horse parade. Took my truck in for a friday scheduled appointment. They didn't look at until Saturday. However, what they couldn't organize a two horse parade. Took my truck in for a friday scheduled appointment. They didn't look at until Saturday. However, what they didn't tell me was that the technician I needed is available on Saturdays. They knew that specific technician was needed because they knew the issue. Over the course of 8 days, I received 1 phone call. I had to call in order to get information. They didn't order the part until Wednesday. Was then told truck would be ready on Friday. Nope. "Part didn't arrive early enough to get job done". Once again, "special technician" doesn't work Saturdays, so now I am being told it will be ready on Monday, MAYBE. STAY AWAY More

Don’t schedule an appointment at this service center Several days in advance, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 10am. I arrived early and at noon they had still not got to my car. When I asked about the delay and the 10am appointment, they claimed they did not take appointments. This is despite my email confirmation for my 10am appointment. Longest wait EVER for an oil change. I recommend using any other dealership service department. More

I brought my car into this service center and I am 100% pleased with the efficiency of the team to repair my car in time before my move and the customer service and communication from Chase Jacobson was exceptional. Turns out I had a part that had to be replaced due to a recall. Phew. Groove Ford fixed my car in a matter of a few days and I now have a safe and reliable vehicle to make my long drive in.
