I had originally had my mind set on purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership but had decided to check out a potential "keeper" at Groove before making my final decision. I was in a bit of a rush and had no intention of purchasing the vehicle on their lot. This was before I met Gabe. Gabe approached us, understood that we were trying to move quickly, and had the car that I was interested in out right away for me to take a look at. After already planning on buying a different vehicle, her service completely changed my mind. She was extremely professional, charismatic, knowledgeable and helpful. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. In fact, within ten minutes I had already known that I wanted to work with her instead of the other dealership. I fell in love with the car and was willing to do everything to make it possible. The manager, Rich, along with Gabe gave me a fair price for a trade in to meet my needs. Their service was excellent! I had moved from Arizona so the title was not approved in Colorado which made the process a bit confusing and difficult. However, with Rich and Gabe's help, they turned what could've been a nightmare into a good experience. I understand that mishaps can happen, but it's how you handle those issues that matter most. WIth them, it was handled. I would absolutely recommend them as worthy of any business in the future. Thank you for making my dream car possible! More

Awful Customer Service I have been going to this dealership for well over a year. The service department told me multiple times that they could not figure out the popping no I have been going to this dealership for well over a year. The service department told me multiple times that they could not figure out the popping noise in the front end of my car they would randomly fix it and say it was good than it would start again. We have had my edge in the shop more times than I can remember now. In June of 2017 we decided that we were going to trade it in after the 5th time of being in the shop for the same problem. So we went to the dealer and picked out an expedition, they told us everything was good with the loan and we took the new car home.. We always felt something wasn't right and as the weeks went on our bank finally called us after a month and said we were late on our payment for our edge that we traded in. We were very confused and started calling the dealership they did not return calls right away, it actually took them a week to get back to us just to tell us that we really weren't financed for the vehicle the loan to value was to high. So we returned the car and took the edge back. Disappointing to say the least but frustrating that someone did not call us right away to tell us what was going on. Now here we are September 2017 and it is back in the shop with the same issues it has been having since November 2016, we are being told that it isn't covered under our extended warranty, funny that all of a sudden you know what is wrong with it but you couldn't figure it out almost a year ago or even when it got traded in. I am frustrated because the lack of communication is not there nor do any of your employees care about customers. they are just there to make money. I had a knot in my stomach this time bringing it to the shop again because I knew what was going to happen and what I was going to get told. My husband have recommended business to you guys before because we thought you were all wonderful. that will not happen anymore. I hope your employees get better training on customer service More

Absolutely Amazing Service! I had been to at least 5 other dealerships and was about done (fed up) with the lack of service, pricing games etc. What you expect. I decided to just stop by and see what Ford had even though I always buy imports. WOW! I was greeted by Samantha who was completely different than all the other sales reps. She wasn't pushy and had a genuine interest in helping me. She took the time to listen to what I wanted/needed and then brought me some keys to test drive. I have never had a car buying experience like this. Not only did she listen but she knew her stuff which is impressive as most sales people don't. Price negotiation was painless and they didn't try to sell me a bunch add-on crap. Needless to say I love my new mustang and you guys have a customer for life. Thank you! More
