Bought a truck and right after I drove it off the lot the tire pressure light comes on. I take into a mechanic and they said the tire pressure sensors were taken off the tires and never put back on and that tire pressure light comes on. Complaint Regarding Finance Dept. We purchased a new vehicle from Groove Ford. The Finance person that processed the purchase had 7 different lenders pull individual credit reports. We purchased a new vehicle from Groove Ford. The Finance person that processed the purchase had 7 different lenders pull individual credit reports. My credit score went down 76 points as a result. I am very angry and disappointed. I will never recommend Groove Ford. I was very resistive to his attempts to convince me buy the different protection plans and other items and i am now suspicious that he did this on purpose. I asked him about the process of finding the best interest rate and this xxxxxxxx happens. It will take months to repair my credit. More
