I called last month about test drive of pickup advertised on their website. Was told I could not as it had not been inspected by the service dept. and may be 1-2 weeks before that happened. That sounded stupid, but sales kid said he took it in on trade for a new pickup and this F150 was in great shape, "nicest pickup traded in here in several months". He called me appx 2 weeks ago, said vehicle was a xxx and it would not be sold to any customer, "it didn't pass my inspection". This 2015 F150 as of 18 Feb 25 is still listed for sale on the dealer's and Autotrader websites. More
Set up valet service to pick up my truck for service for 9AM. Groove Ford never showed up and then told me they were really busy. All I needed was a phone call to let me know. Purchased New F150 Lariat. During closing process, the finance person added a $2,000.00 service plan onto my contract after I told her I didn't want anything added on. She also told me during the closing they were giving me 2 free oil changes. HOWEVER, on my finance contract she added $210.00 Maintenance Plan! I called FORD and was told it covered 2 oil changes...EVERYONE LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE BUYER'S ORDER to verify you didn't also get charged for something you didn't want. More

Groove Ford (service) is possibly the worst Dealership I have EVER dealt with. I had my car serviced with Groove and had questions about my service after I picked my car up and literally called them over 10 have EVER dealt with. Our paperwork kept getting messed up during the deal and we should have walked then. So now without the GAP, we are on the hook for the rest of the payment. Do not trust this dealership! More
Absolutely do not have Groove Service work on your vehicle. For warranty work, it took them over a week to even diagnose. No rental/loaner cars available. They denied the claim and now we've paid $1k out of pocket for a Ford recall. No sense of urgency or follow up from the dealer through the whole process. Beyond frustrated. More
HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION and SERVICE! Groove Ford was supposed to do 2 factory recalls and asked that they diagnosis a few other items and I received a 3 second, yes 3 second video from them with NO explanation of what I was seeing in the video. I later found out the video was for a broken air intake tube fitting which HAD TO HAVE BEEN BROKEN BY GROOVE FORD because it was not this way when I checked it in! This is not the 1st time Groove Ford broke pieces on my vehicle, previously they broke the passenger side glove box clip when they replaced the cabin filter. They would not take responsibility for the broken intake tube and wanted to charge me $222.06 to repair/replace. Additionally, they only corrected 1 of the 2 recalls, when I took it back to have the other recall completed they told me that it wasn't available until August. I mean seriously, why wasn't I told that before when I had it in? More
