Not only did the other dealership NOT put me in the car I wanted to test drive, the guy tried to "sell" me other SUVS that I had no interest in. I left the first dealership feeling very discouraged and just not excited like I thought I was going to be. So 2 days later I called Grogan's, I was connected with Jon Hainer. We made an appointment for that day. We got there, and right off the bat my husband and I felt as ease. Jon has that type of personality where you feel like you've known him for years. He took us out to the lot where the vehicles that we were interested in were parked. I'm the type of person that does my research for weeks sometimes months before I make a decision. So I don't want to try and be sold on something else, when I already know what I want. However, my husband is a very inquisitive person, so he had a few questions about other vehicles just out of his curiosity. Jon answered them, but never tried to "sell" us on one. Heather was also another person we worked. She helped us with the financing, she was awesome! Answered every question we had. Very friendly. I left that day in my new vehicle smiling ear to ear. I love great customer service, and that is just what we got! Thanks again to Jon and everyone at Grogan's for making our experience so wonderful! We will be back in the future. More
We took our daughter in to buy a car and we were very lucky to get Bob Reaume to wait on us. I believe we may not have gotten the car had it not been for him being as knowledgeable, considerate as well lucky to get Bob Reaume to wait on us. We had already been elsewhere and did not have as great of an experience! We will be back to buy our next car at this dealership as long as Bob is there to help us the way he was able to help our daughter. It was very refreshing to have been treated as well as we were (like family).......kudos to Grogan for having such wonderful people working for them......it was a very good experience for sure!! I had an incredible experience at this dealership. I was nervous about working with a dealership as my other car purchases had been through smaller, local lots. Mo was an incredible salesman. From the initial phone call I made inquiring about a vehicle all the way through the test drive, purchase, financing, and questions after the sale he was very informative and returned my phone calls right away. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered any questions we had honestly and did not make us feel pressured in any way. We worked with Heather in the business department for financing and she also was very informative and did not pressure us to make decisions or finance with certain places. We were trying to finance through our local bank and Heather and Mo went out of their way to make sure they received the proper documentation. When we then decided to finance through the dealership options Heather was able to take our credit application over the phone and get us set up with financing in just a few hours. They even went so far as to then drive the new van to us (over an hour away) and the very courteous drivers even made sure it was filled up with gas when it was delivered to our driveway. Heather sent along all the paperwork I needed to complete the financing so we never had to make another trip back to the dealership. Everything was brought to us. Mo and Heather truly made this experience easy and actually fun. I would recommend this dealership and especially these two individuals to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. And after a lot of comparing different sites, this dealership always had the best prices on the van we were looking to buy within a 100 mile radius of our location. A win/win on all accounts! More
On Friday, February 7 my wife and I traveled from Valporaiso Indiana to Grogan's. We were shopping for 2013 Chrysler minivans we saw on the Internet that we felt were reasonably priced. Our sales associate was Logan Lynch who was very personable . Logan showed us all the 2013 vans available on the website. We picked out at least six/8 that we were interested in. The temperature was about 4° with a lot of snow on ground. Logan went out and brought the vehicles up to the show room so that we would not have to deal with the snow and cold. One vehicle that we wanted was buried in the snow. We told him not to worry about it we would look at others. But he went out anyway and spent about 15 minutes shoveling it out and brought it up to the show room door for us. Logan went above and beyond to answer and satisfy any questions we had about the vehicles we test drove. We also had questions about financing. Logan introduced us to Colleen who answered all questions we had and made us feel very comfortable with the financing part of the deal. Because of the professional manner that we were shown by sales associate Logan Lynch and credit manager Colleen, we drove away from Grogans in a beautiful 2013 minivan with big smiles on our faces. Before we left Logan spent extra time with my wife helping her get her phone paired to the Bluetooth hands free system.....so she could talk to her friends all the way home while driving:). We worked with Mo Rammuny who was a perfect example of how you want to be treated by a salesman. He was courteous to both me and my wife, and did what he could to get us in the vehicle that we felt comfor how you want to be treated by a salesman. After making our decision, he made sure to get the process moving smoothly and efficiently, as he knows most parents out there don't have time to waste on watching someone push a pencil. As promised, when I came to pick up the vehicle, he had all the paperwork ready to go, and the titling process went very quickly. He let us know that the vehicle we had purchased was so new on the lot, that not all the body work had been fixed (3 small issues). He has been excellent at contacting me via email on updates as to where the car is during the process, and is even having our car delivered. If I had to endorse Mo on one thing, it would be understanding the concept of "follow-thru". He did exactly what he said he would, and I never felt like I had to wait for him to do a "oops, you know what I forgot..." moment. More

It bears mentioning that I had inquired with other dealers about vehicles and while I was always treated politely and respectfully, Mo Rammuny at Grogan's Towne made it clear that he was focused on one thing and one thing only -- our complete satisfaction with the vehicle and purchasing process. It's one thing to state this to a prospective customer, but another to actually make it happen and Mo did just that! He worked quickly, providing us with all the information we asked for, but never at any time did we feel pushed or uncomfortable with the process. Mo arranged for a very courteous driver to deliver the vehicle to us free-of-charge, over 300 miles away! Yes, 300 miles with NO DELIVERY FEE! One dealership we spoke with that was about the same distance was going to charge us $500 for delivery. But the best part of the delivery was that Mo made it clear that if we weren't completely satisfied with the vehicle, the driver would simply turn around and drive another 300 miles back to the dealership, with no questions asked or funds exchanged. Truly, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vehicle purchase. We love our new ride, but were more impressed with our experience with Grogan's Towne, Mo and his colleagues.
