I drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle from Grogan's Towne. Bob Reaume was there to greet me when I arrived and was able to assist in purchasing my new (used) vehicle. Bought a Certified 2013 Chrysler 200 with 4 different brand tires that were at ware bar, Cd player does not work, missing lower front bumper grille, Certified 200 point means nothing had to go to belle t brand tires that were at ware bar, Cd player does not work, missing lower front bumper grille, Certified 200 point means nothing had to go to belle tire spend 700 dollars only had the car 2 months had to make the car safe. Mo was a very good honest man and took good care of me:) couldn't knock a couple hundred off cause of car being so new on the lot but promised a free oil change, detail on the car and a gas fill up. We entered the showroom floor and were greeted pleasantly and asked how we could be helped. I asked the gentleman who greeted us if he could direct us to used sales. He led us through the showroom and to the used sales area and found us an available sales person. The gentleman he found for us was John Murphy. He greeted us pleasantly and offered us a seat at his desk.He asked if we had any particular vehicle in mind that perhaps we saw on the lot or on the internet. We had printed a picture of a vehicle we saw on the internet and he asked if we would like to take a closer look at it. We were not asked about finances or price range until we initiated that part of the conversation. We didn't feel any pressure at all. We did look at the vehicle we brought a picture of and John thought maybe we seemed to be settling on something according to what we thought we could afford. He asked what our monthly budget would be and showed many more vehicles in much nicer condition with much lower miles that we could afford. We were smiling ear to ear because we had many choices. My wife would be the primary driver so she chose the color and options she wanted. She found a 2013 Town & Country fully loaded with low miles that she fell in love with. We were tight on time getting kids picked up and John helped us along the way. He took our information and said "Go pick up the kids". We returned a little later than hoped and the dealership was all locked up. The John saw us through the window and opened the door and said "Congratulations, you were approved." We were ecstatic to learn we would be driving such a new car within our budget. While we were gone picking up the kids, John had the folks there wash and detail the van and check all fluids. He waited patiently for us to finish the paperwork and then followed us to the gas station and put some gas in it so we could drive it home. We will be going back to Grogan's when it's time for a new vehicle, More
Bob was the best salesman I have ever had. He really worked with me to find exactly what I wanted, in the price rage I could afford. I have never felt more comfortable buying or even looking at cars. First, Bob suggested I try for new car. That didn't work so I went back to Bob and he showed me a great Chrysler 200. He is very professional and honest which I liked.
