Great Experience remotely and in person I had the pleasure of working with John Byrne. I found the car I was looking for online through CarGurus and while reviewing the vehicle, I started a I had the pleasure of working with John Byrne. I found the car I was looking for online through CarGurus and while reviewing the vehicle, I started an online chat with John. I was looking for a specific vehicle and although I am from Indiana, approximately 2.5 hours away John did a GREAT job. Our online chat expanded to some text messages and a few calls. He told me all of the details about the car, took pictures for me prior to their own website even having them and walked me remotely through the whole process. I had the opportunity to discuss the financing options with Jamie Badger as well. Once we finalized everything I made my plans to visit the dealership which for me included a Greyhound bus trip from Indiana. Upon arriving, the car was exactly as John described, if not even better. After a test drive, John, Jamie and I finished all of the details up and I left the dealership having had a great, no pressure, stress free experience. Kia / hyaundi dealer ships were rude and pushy! Yark sells garbage with lack luster service. Allow me to explain. I noticed the tires looked as if they had little life and I brought it up to Christopher. He said that all of their vehicles have "at least one year of life left" in them. This has proven to be false. With what we paid I expect to have a vehicle that doesn't have dry rotted tires that are completely unsafe to drive. Also, don't bother emailing your sales person because they can't seem to follow up. Make sure you check your tires and other parts that could have major wear before purchasing from here. You lost my trust as a company because of a lie. Old Review: More often than not purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful and full of suspense, whilst it was suspenseful it was far from stressful at Grogan's. Christopher made this journey as painless and quick as it could have possibly been. He made sure that the Jeep we wanted was actually a smart purchase for us and really took care of us on the pricing. He was also a very warm and welcoming person that is very down to earth and takes much pride in his work. I've always dreaded walking in to any dealership but I will always hold Grogan's to high standards because of how their staff treats their customers, the whole environment was genuinely great. Jamie, in finance, was also flawless with her work. She had us in and out within fifteen minutes with decent rates and an incredible 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty.
