Sales person intentionally misled me Purchased a used car in January of 2018. It was cold outside which made it difficult to evaluate the air conditioning. They offer a 30 day guarantee Purchased a used car in January of 2018. It was cold outside which made it difficult to evaluate the air conditioning. They offer a 30 day guarantee so I specifically asked the sales person what happens If I had a problem when it's warm enough to use the AC and the 30 days run out. I was assured in no uncertain terms, that when it got warm, and should I have any trouble with the AC, my salesperson would personally take care of the problem. Never really expected to have AC trouble, but I was given a nice assurance which sealed the deal. Sure enough, when it got hot out in May and I used the AC for less than a week, the compressor broke and would cost 850 bucks to repair. Talked to the salesperson and received a speech about there was no one at the dealership who would ever authorize repair and that I should have purchased extended warranty , and I should have examined the AC more carefullyetc. etc. like it was all my fault. I don't like being lied to, which is exactly what this person did to sell a car. Unlikely situation come true. More
