Success in making a bad engine work properly My engine in my F150 with only about 45,000 miles was making a knocking noise. They indicated it was the cam fazers, and replaced them. We still had a My engine in my F150 with only about 45,000 miles was making a knocking noise. They indicated it was the cam fazers, and replaced them. We still had an issue with knocking noise. The service department worked hard to find a solution to the engine noise and did find a cure for the noise. I will say Grinwald Ford was very helpful in trying to get my problem fixed. I am very pleased with the effort by Todd Loeber and the staff to get my problem resolved. Todd, his crew, and Grinwald Ford, I feel went beyond what you would expect, to make me a happy customer. quick fixes I bought a used car with a couple small cosmetic issues. They ordered one replacement part that took a week maybe a little longer to arrive. They call I bought a used car with a couple small cosmetic issues. They ordered one replacement part that took a week maybe a little longer to arrive. They called when it came in to set up appointment. I made it for after work and it took them maybe 15 minutes to fix a couple small things. All of it was free of charge as well which I wasn't expecting as it was a used car. Great buying experience More
