Recall service apt I couldn't be more satisfied with the service dept. Todd and his co-workers had a car available for me to use during the recall work(approximately) I couldn't be more satisfied with the service dept. Todd and his co-workers had a car available for me to use during the recall work(approximately) 4 -5hrs. They finished in 2 and 1/2 hrs. Chelsea was good in getting me the extended warranty needed for the car. She had all the info and paperwork needed to accomplish it quickly. I have always had a great experience with the people @ Grinwald Ford, and their response to my needs. More

Success in making a bad engine work properly My engine in my F150 with only about 45,000 miles was making a knocking noise. They indicated it was the cam fazers, and replaced them. We still had a My engine in my F150 with only about 45,000 miles was making a knocking noise. They indicated it was the cam fazers, and replaced them. We still had an issue with knocking noise. The service department worked hard to find a solution to the engine noise and did find a cure for the noise. I will say Grinwald Ford was very helpful in trying to get my problem fixed. I am very pleased with the effort by Todd Loeber and the staff to get my problem resolved. Todd, his crew, and Grinwald Ford, I feel went beyond what you would expect, to make me a happy customer.
