GM Family Goes to the "Ford" side We've typically been a GM vehicle family. The past year we worked with Bill Maron and Grinwald Ford purchasing a few work vans. Efficient and Effective I have purchased many cars in my life and I will say that this was the best experience I have ever had! I started communicating with John Munzel thro I have purchased many cars in my life and I will say that this was the best experience I have ever had! I started communicating with John Munzel through the internet and our conversation carried into the dealership. John was different from other salespeople. He listened to what I wanted and gave me several options to purchase without pushing me into anything! He was thoughtful, friendly and very respectful of my wishes. Just very easy to deal and I felt I could 100% trust him. I also dealt with John Foltz, the business manager and John made the paperwork process about as efficient as you could make it. He texted me a few times to get some information and when I picked up my vehicle, the entire paperwork process was completed in about 20 minutes. Very satisfied with the entire process and thank you John and John for a great experience! More

Very Satisfied ! When I first came in, I talked to one of the salesmen. He was very helpful in answering my questions. I asked to talk with Bill Maron, and as luck w When I first came in, I talked to one of the salesmen. He was very helpful in answering my questions. I asked to talk with Bill Maron, and as luck would have it, it was his day off. My husband and I called and made an appointment with Bill. He was friendly , professional, and helpful in helping us to pick the right car. The financing people were very kind in answering all of our questions. Every employee at Grinwald Ford treated us as though we were important and it was easy to see they aimed to please us. Bill Maron spent much time trying to come up with cars he knew we might like. We narrowed it down to two Edges. We have now had our new Edge for a week and we are learning more about it each day and really enjoy making this choice and working with Bill. Thank You Grinwald Ford for a very nice experience buying a new car . More
