Excellent to deal with. Moved to Watertown few years ago and in need of a car now. Reviewed the dealership and thought Bill bought lunch for all the good reviews he received. Left standing on oxygen because guy on phone personal bus. Stopped at Grinwald to get a rear turn signal replaced. Im on oxygen, so I cant afford to be unnecessarily delayed. I was told to go inside quick service, and they would help me. I walked up to the counter where a Ford employee was on the phone, discussing his own private personal business. Something about his trailer, etc. He went on & on, and on while I was leaning on the counter for support. Fearing I wouldnt have enough oxygen to get home, I left. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Very unprofessional. More
