Best Customer Service Ever I used to dread the thought of taking in my Jeep for any service. I've had some bad experience in the past. Until I found this place. The people, the service, top notch, skilled and all very professional, and always thoughtful and friendly, the staff. If I have to wait more than an hour, I am always happy to do so. I look forward to my visits always. Woody is my favorite go to when waiting. I admire his knowledge and friendly, go out of the way #1 customer service attitude, and he makes me laugh. Just not because he brings me soda. I always feel confident and in safe hands here. I would never think of going someplace else. More

I actually look forward to my visits and I never mind waiting. Woody is my favorite go to guy. And not just because he brings me soda. He is so helpful, friendly, outgoing, keeps me company, and makes me laugh while I wait. He goes out of the way always to make sure everything is good and any all my questions and needs are met. Advertising scam with "Money Carlo" Griffin's Hub uses a "Money Carlo" gamepiece mailer to make you THINK you've won a new 60" television... but you haven't. I couldn't believe the nu Griffin's Hub uses a "Money Carlo" gamepiece mailer to make you THINK you've won a new 60" television... but you haven't. I couldn't believe the number of people at the dealership that were duped (we all had "won") and the number of others that were pissed off on Yelp & Facebook. It got so back that Griffin's Hub had to turn OFF comments on their Facebook site because of all the negative reaction to the promotion. Search "Money Carlo" on the web & you'll see the tactics they are using to get people into the dealership. More
"committed to earning your customer's business everyday," Dear Leroy Neu, Service Manager: I have received my 2013 Ram Longhorn 1500 back today after two days in your service department for miscellaneous r Dear Leroy Neu, Service Manager: I have received my 2013 Ram Longhorn 1500 back today after two days in your service department for miscellaneous repair: 1.) Seat belt replacement 2.) Back seat repair 3.) Inoperable sunroof What I have received is a brand new seat belt (very nice minus the tech black finger prints on my tan interior), back seat repair is fair to mediocre. The stitching does not look like they will stand the test of time for the near future and unfortunately will have to be revisited again, poor choice on Chrystler's behalf. As for the inoperable sunroof, your Service Advisor swore up and down that there is nothing wrong with it and that it is fully operational and even volunteered to demonstrate proper operation instruction for me of how to operate the sunroof, although I used it all last summer and seemed to have a good handle on it. (Well the sunroof works great! It's a shame that it decides to close itself randomly 5 times without me even having to push the button on the way home from the dealership which is approximately a 3 mile distance.) To top it all off, when I got into my truck your mechanic seat covers were still laying on the floor and the truck was filthy on the outside. For spending $55,000 at your dealership for a truck, I consider this a subpar service. So your statement stating your "committed to earning your customer's business everyday," has failed on this service and with this customer. Thank you, Freight On The Go, Inc. More
