Came in for an oil change & tire rotation, and couldn't believe I was in and out in no time. Very impressed with such great service! Waiting area could use an update though, it's very outdated and would be believe I was in and out in no time. Very impressed with such great service! Jeep has been in the shop for more than 2 weeks for warranty work. How is it doing? When will it be done (estimate)? Who knows? I have texted the service number they sent- never any response. When I call, I get a round robin of people to talk to. After the first week, finally talked to Jeff, who said he didn't know answers to any of my questions, engine might need to be taken apart (don't know after about a week?), no loaners available, still. So, 16 days with no vehicle or communication. I hope everything is going well in the shop. More

I have bought and serviced my vehicle from Griffin's Hub for the las 3 years and I would never take my vehicle anywhere else for service. Terrible customer service. Incorrectly installed my alternator causing it to die on the freeway with pregnant wife and 2 year old in the car. Said they couldnt look at it for 3 weeks. My car has been here 5 different times total for a single issue and they have only made it worse. push pull or tow your car away from this dealership as fast as possible. More

Do not go to this dealership, their service department is terrible. I bought a 2021 Jeep from them and 4 months later it had “lost” all it’s a/c coolant. I took it there assuming it would be covered under my terrible. I bought a 2021 Jeep from them and 4 months later it had “lost” all it’s a/c coolant. I took it there assuming it would be covered under my extended warranty, but they found nothing wrong and charged me $600 to refill it. Either they sold me a car with no coolant or they have no idea how to troubleshoot a car. To top this off, they were rude, dismissive and did nothing but make excuses. You’d think if they sold a car that needed that type of repair they would at least do something, but they don’t care. Run away from them. More
