While we did take great care not to scratch any of the plastic in the vehicle when doing the repair, we are sorry that there were some pieces that were damaged. We have the replacement parts on order and will be making the situation right for you. We are deeply sorry about the stress and inconvenience you have experienced because of this. We will let you know as soon as those ordered parts are in, pick up your vehicle and drop off a loaner, and proceed with the repair. Good Afternoon Abel, Thank you for bringing up your concern. Looking into your experience here, you brought your vehicle in on May 21st, and the technician saw a code for a misfire. After clearing the code and driving for several miles, neither the check engine light or the code for a misfire came back on. We had it back to you within seven days, and upon giving it back, advised you that there currently aren’t any issues with the vehicle. We also asked you if you wanted us to do a further tear down on the other side of the engine. You declined this. When you came back a few days later with issues, it was determined that the repairs from the first time were working, but that you were now having issues with the other side of the engine. We advised you that since you have the Max Care Warranty, it will take some time for the tear down and approval. After a week and a half, we understand you were impatient with the time it was taking, and you decided to come and pick up the vehicle. When you left, the light was not on and the vehicle was running as intended. We understand the frustration of having to bring in a vehicle for service. We appreciate you telling us about your experience, as we take all feedback very seriously.
