When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by name and asked if any additional services needed to be done besides the routine maintenance. Service employee turn over rate is very high. That should tell you something. Service writer told me my problem was that I bought a Dodge, in front of my salesman! at a Dodge dealer! Hansel is awesome, but rest of the guys that worked on our vehicles have been horrible. Our cars were portered and he/she removed my Club, security bar for the steering wheel.
