Absolutely Phenomenal Experience & Continued Service!!!!! I came to this dealership after SEVERAL bad experiences at numerous other dealerships. Upon entering the dealership initially, I was welcomed by several employees. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The entire buying experience was relaxed and I was able to make my decision without any pressure, including not buying if I do chose! Since then, I've returned for all the service appointments, maintenance, and anything else to fix my vehicle! When it was broken into, I didn't know who to turn to, and my salesman, Woody, urged me to rush to the dealership. They quoted me the cheapest quote to fix the broken window AND fix all the damage, as well as detail my jeep to ensure it came back to me in the condition it was BEFORE the break in. I have received exceptional service from this dealership, and specifically my salesman, Woody, I recommend them to anyone who will listen. Every time I walk in, it feels more like family than anything. I love it. More

Wheeling & Dealing We were on the hunt for a new vehicle for our family. We we considering another Dodge Grand Caravan, or something similar. After talking to Chris, and test driving a few vehicles, we decided on a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I don't think Chris was ready for a negotiator such as my wife, Diane. By the end of all the discussions we signed for our new vehicle. I really appreciated the time Chris took, and his patience. He walked us through everything and made sure we understood things before we moved on. I would gladly got back to Griffin Hub when we consider our next vehicle. More

When I called to inquire if the Jeep wa I was searching for a used Jeep Wrangler and stumbled across a Griffins Hub dealership listing on Truecar.com. When I called to inquire if the Jeep was still available, Sales Consultant Woody Kroeker informed me that the vehicle was still available and promptly went outside to text me pictures so I could see any blemishes myself. I made an appointment with Woody to test drive the Jeep later that night. After a short negotiation, we agreed on a price. In addition to Woody's great service, I found the interest rate they found for my loan to be very low! The rate for the used jeep was far less than my recently purchased new F150 Platinum Ford. Even though I live in the Chicago area, I wouldn't hesitate to work with this dealership and salesman Woody again! More

Too many chances I leased a car from Hub in 2014. As the lease came to an end, I was looking for another car at the same payment. The salesman couldn't find anything I leased a car from Hub in 2014. Also the manager was not helpful to the salesman when he had a computer issue so that meant I was waiting for a long time. Not helpful or friendly. I went to another dealer and got a better car for no money down and same payment! They were actually eager to help me so definitely will not be coming back. Also their service dept is bad. I went to pick up a part and none of the 4 service people came to ask me if I needed help so I waited in line 15 min while I waited for the 1 service person that was already helping someone. The others just stood there and never came and tried to help me, they were just loudly complaining about a co worker. Then waited another 10 min for the cashier. So a 5 min pick up lasted 25 minutes. Terrible. More

I couldn't believe the nu Griffin's Hub uses a "Money Carlo" gamepiece mailer to make you THINK you've won a new 60" television... but you haven't. I couldn't believe the number of people at the dealership that were duped (we all had "won") and the number of others that were pissed off on Yelp & Facebook. It got so back that Griffin's Hub had to turn OFF comments on their Facebook site because of all the negative reaction to the promotion. Search "Money Carlo" on the web & you'll see the tactics they are using to get people into the dealership. More

I bought a 2008 Jeep Compass with 29,500 miles on it, after 8 months and putting 7,000 miles the transmission broke down. Now if anyone knows a transmission should (at least) last 150,000 miles. With 36,000 miles on it I need to now replace the transmission with is $3,600. Keep in mind I bought this Jeep for $10,000. In the ending of January 2016. Now you might think what about the warranty? Let me tell you that I was not offered a warranty on the transmission or anything else, but I was offered a warranty on the tires (platinum deal). I was rushed out at night of the deal with a car with barely no gas. I go back to the dealership to see if I could get any help with the transmission cause this is too early for that to happen, but all I got was a NO HELP HERE. They told me that what (COULD'VE) happen was that the bank didn't want to offer the money. I was lied to in my face and he just covered up the tracks. They want to sell me another car and take in my Jeep so that they can make another profit on me, but I tell you I won't bring my Jeep back or referral to anyone to go here. This dealership is CUTTHROAT! They just want your money and will find any way in doing so. They sold me a lemon and now I have to live and learn with a car I can't drive. I've talked to multiple services, even the Jeep Customer Service Center in saying without a warranty I can't be helped, but they were stunned to hear that I wasn't even offered a warranty on this car which 100% should've been the case. They said they basically found a loop hole in the system. I have even talked to lawyers saying the same thing and even them saying They can not help me in this situation. I'm stuck with a car that needs a $3,600 repair which I am still making payments on. It has now been 3 weeks going on a month, and now I am fed up. I WILL NOT DO ANY BUSINESS AND I HOPE EVERYONE ELSE STAYS AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I'd rather spend that money somewhere else than give them the satisfaction of more revenue. More
