I bought a car here a few years ago and a few months into owning it a annoying noise displayed in lower temps that sounded like metal rubbing from the front end. I’ve taken the car back numerous times and have drove with a mechanic who heard the noise but claims because they can’t hear it while the car is on a hoist nothing can be done so I spent 14,000 and paying on a loan for a car that during the winter and spring is like hearing nails on a chalk board. I won’t be buying another car from them. not to mention my apr is through the roof and was told if I made payments on time I can easily refinance which is not the case. Worst purchase I ever made. There was none of the traditional taking my keys and not returning them, keeping us waiting for hours, Salesman double talk or pushing us to more expensive models we had told him we were not interested in. Our salesman Al Koehler was highly efficient, he listened and returned my calls and emails promptly, a true professional. There were no tricks and it was a fast and pleasant deal, the first ever for me. We did our whole transaction by email and phone. The only physical contact we had was when he delivered our new vehicle and paperwork for signatures. This delivery took 20 minutes. We are very pleased with Griffin's and Al Koehler. More
