I will be taking the keep in on the 15th to check the roof and find out if it is even covered under the extended warranty but the truck should have been serviced before paperwork I know they fixed the radio to work for few days to sell it caused they did it again while waiting for new one and for that kind of money should have some warranty and not have to stick money in something I believe they knew was wrong his last vehicle was only 3700 dollars and they gave thirty day warranty

Griffin's HUB did advise you on your first visit with us that your radio needed replacing, but you declined our diagnosis/recommendation. The inconvenience you experienced (with the draining battery) in the months thereafter was not a surprise. We believe our staff should not be subjected to rude and loud behavior from customers. What kind of CYA Response is that? I was never rude. I was never loud. And I never declined your diagnosis/recommendation. And . . . If it just needed a radio replacement why did you replace a battery one one visit and the other battery on the next visit and continue looking for “broken parts” on the next and the next???When you first told me you decided not to work on my car I was on the phone with the general manager and I had just brought up the BBB or a consumer protection service. What a “Crock”!

But, we can explain that considering this unusual time (when supply chain issues have severely restricted the number of cars we have for sale), we are stretched to the limits with our loaners. They are provided on a first come, first served basis. Your son understood this. We apologized too that his fix took a bit longer (not the additional 5 days we thought, but longer). Actually he was not happy and is why he brought to my attention. The general manager received a voicemail from me in which tge peson tgat answered the phone transferedd me to there voice mail and advised me they were not in but would call me the next morning. With that said, my son paid for his own Uber the 2nd time around when vehicle was not done on time. Absolutely " things" happen and when the body shop employee advised my son that his car would not be ready my son asked for a loaner and was told none were available and again, he did not leave happy as you stated or i would not have heard about it in addition to costing him more money for Uber. This is nothing new as you are aware but i advise people to spend there money wisely especially during these times. My son will be more than happy to write his own review. I do want to add, when we were car shopping a year ago, the salesman was top notch but unfortunately first and last vehicle purchase/ lease. One and Done.
