A small plastic part was broken during service. Part was available next day. Rude parts dept and disagreeable service advisor. SA said he needed the mileage on the car I told him I dont have the ca Part was available next day. Rude parts dept and disagreeable service advisor. SA said he needed the mileage on the car I told him I dont have the car and just use mileage from yesterday. He said I was asking him to 'lie on the paperwork'. How about just defer to the 14 year customer on this simple matter. More
