I have been a customer of yours for some 15 years. Never have had such a difficult time. Having me come to your dealership on a Friday at 1pm. Leaving at 3:30pm because of impossible situation, coming Never have had such a difficult time. Having me come to your dealership on a Friday at 1pm. Leaving at 3:30pm because of impossible situation, coming back at 6:30pm to sign papers and being told to come back on Saturday to sign more papers and pick up car. I live in Waukesha and it's a 16 mile drive, one way. When I arrive on Saturday, I sign all paperwork and they cannot transfer plates because they typed in wrong year on the plates so the computer would not let them type in the right year, which was 2026 not 2025. Could not call the DMV because it was a Saturday. I was handed some paper to say the car was legal. They said I should go to the DMV to figure it out on Monday. The dealership did figure it out for me on Monday. For that I thank you. When I went to drive my new lease car home, I noticed it had, 3,492 miles on it. I went back in the dealership and asked Ricky why it had all these miles on it. He said it was lot miles and transport miles. I said NEVER, in the 15 years since we have purchased a leave from you have there been miles on the car of more than maybe 25 miles. Now, I never put more than 9,000 miles on a lease for the whole 3 1/2 years I have it!! That's 3,000miles a YEAR! I called on Monday and talked to a manager, do not remember his name, and he said, don't worry about it , just subtract the 3,492 off the miles when you turn it in at 3 1/2 years! Nothing he could do for me. Now, I as I have said, I only drive 3,000 or less miles a YEAR! If something goes wrong with this car because it already has 3,492 miles that I did not put on it, I want to know who is taking the blame for that!!! I am telling everyone I can of the bad service a person gets after 15 years or more of being a good customer. I did not want a used car lease, I wanted a new car lease. My lease payment reflects a new car lease . But I certainly did not receive a new car. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I will never do business with you again and will be turning the car in to a different dealership after 3 1/2 years. I'm so very disappointed with your thinking I would not notice the 3492 miles when I picked up the car. Just because I am a senior citizen does not mean I am ignorant of trying to put one over on a person. So upset and again disappointed. Barbara J Day More
