Time spent at the dealership was minimal. Griffin made the whole deal relatively easy! There were a couple of concerns with the car but they were addressed before we picked it up. More
A very pleasurable experience! Most people dread shopping for cars. There are so many unpleasant horror stories. That was definitely NOT the case with this experience. After driving minivans for almost 30 years, my wife finally said enough and we were in the market for a small SUV. I have an Explorer which she said is too large, so we looked for an Escape sized SUV. I searched Griffin's website (which was very informative) and found 2 that fit what we were looking for, a Titanium with AWD, panoramic sunroof and a towing package with low miles. I zeroed in on a 2017 with only 12,000 miles on it. I went to look at it and was greeted by Steve Pipito. The car was not at the lot at the time, as a manager was driving it. He said he would call me when it was back. He did, and I went to take it for a drive. He also had one other recommendation based on what we were looking for, a 2015 Lincoln with 17,000 miles. Both vehicles were what we were looking for. Two days later, I returned with my wife, who the vehicle was for. Steve did not pester me with multiple phone calls in those 2 days, but did call once to verify we were coming in on Saturday. She drove both vehicles. We selected one and negotiated a fair price, as well as a fair price for the trade in. I knew the Blue Book Values and they were right on both of them. We sealed the deal in about 4 hours on a Saturday, came back with our own financing on Monday. We were not pressured to use the financing that the dealership had found, there was only $7 a month difference. Steve was very pleasant to deal with, very professional, and was well prepared with alternative vehicles to look at or drive based on what we were looking for. He is not the sterotypical "used car salesman", he was a professional sales person interested in helping us, his client. We know that they are in business to make money, and they treated us fairly, giving us a good deal for us, and I'm sure a good deal for them. I would return to work with Steve anytime, and we highly recommend if you are looking for a car, to ask for him when you visit Griffin's used car department More
Buying my first car was way easier than I expected it to be! When I first arrived, the car I was interested in was pulled up and ready for me to drive. I told them my price point for monthly payments and they worked with me to get me way under what I was expecting! All in all, I am so happy I went to Griffin Ford and worked with Steve Pepito! More

We arranged to meet the next day and he was prepared for our meeting. After a brief negotiation, with no pressure, we shook hands and closed the deal. Best dealership I've been to My wife and I were looking to buy a second car and this was our first and only stop. We've gone car shopping in the past and have had some horrible ex My wife and I were looking to buy a second car and this was our first and only stop. We've gone car shopping in the past and have had some horrible experiences at other dealers, but from the start, it was a very laid back experience. There was no sales pressure and for the most part, the dealer let us steer the conversation. We told him about a crossover we saw online and he took us right to it. He let us take it for a test drive and when we sat down to talk details, he didn't ask us about price, payment, features, upselling or any of that typical car sales stuff. We had a price in mind that we were hoping to talk them down to, but this was only our second time buying a car, so they did a pretty good job of standing firm. They did give us some leeway, but not much. Besides that fact, everything else was very comfortable. The paperwork took an average amount of time, but the Financial Representative/Business Manager (Samm Thomas, with two m's) was very personable. She gave us additional options, but once again, no pressure and worked with us on financing. Overall, it was a favorable experience. More
