Terrible buying experience at Griffin Ford in Waukesha I leased a 2017 F150 and added a drop in bedliner. The bedliner had to be ordered and my sales person said it would arrive in about 1 hour. The bedli I leased a 2017 F150 and added a drop in bedliner. The bedliner had to be ordered and my sales person said it would arrive in about 1 hour. The bedliner arrived at the dealership but the tailgate portion was the wrong size. They were able to install the bedliner but I had to come back for the tailgate portion. I was told to come back on Friday. When I got home I noticed there were no tie-downs in the bedliner so I called my sales person. He said that tie down should be included and that they would install them when I come in on Friday. When I arrived on Friday I was advised that I didn't have an appointment scheduled. I explained my situation to the service advisor and was told it would take about 2 hours, in addition, the tie - downs would cost me about 600.00. I decided to go speak with the sales manager because my salesperson was not working and according to my sales contract the vehicle came with tie downs. I explained my issue to the sales manager who was there and he said the trucks come with tie down and accused me of removing them. He went to look at my truck and like me could not find any tie downs. He summoned A mechanic came who came over and showed me 4 little trap doors on the bedliner where the tie downs were located. My issue is with the sales manager who accused me removing the tie downs. I was totally offended by this individual and had not stepped foot in a Griffin store. This experience was very disappointing. Once the deal was consumated I was treated very poorly. More

Outstanding customer service! Went in about a month ago just to look as we weren’t quite ready to buy yet. Nick came out to great us and we couldn’t have asked for a better sales g Went in about a month ago just to look as we weren’t quite ready to buy yet. Nick came out to great us and we couldn’t have asked for a better sales guy. Since we didn’t know exactly what we wanted, he gave us the keys to at least 3 different Explorers to test drive. The best part is that he allowed us to test drive by ourselves so we weren’t uncomfortable while testing. After choosing the one we liked, we put a hold on it. Almost a month later, getting the best deal possible on the vehicle, we are proud owners of a 2017 Explorer Sport. Everything from Sales to Finance to the Sales Manager coming out to thank us and show sincere appreciation for our purchase, all was a great experience. The best part was having Nick come into work on his day off just so we could get the deal done on OUR time. Thanks Nick! More
