Something I really like about Chad is he isn't overbearing about purchasing a vehicle, I can't stand when salesmen are pushy and try to force you into a purchase. After we purchased the truck, Cass Burch stands behind their sales which is extremely comforting when making a large purchase. The truck had a minor issue and they got it in to be fixed right away, provided a rental car, and filled up the truck with gas and gave it a wash. All in all an excellent purchasing experience and I would highly recommended purchasing from them. More

Chad looked long and hard for the Highlander we wanted and found it 1,000 miles away. It met our "specifications" . . . actually had many more good features than we expected and for a very good price. When we went to pick it up, it had a new set of tires on it . . . a bonus!! Chad had also run it through the service department to be sure everything was in order . . . and it was. Chad was very helpful in helping us get an additional key remote as well as a trailer hitch. He was very obliging through the process from beginning to end, keeping us update on the process as he had it shipped from New York to Valdosta (actually through the last snow storm in the New York area). Chad did everything he told us he would do in a very helpful, friendly, and courteous manner. We had heard he was good and we were not disappointed. More
