I had read about and researched the new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, and really wanted on I began working with Maththew Nelson a little over a month ago. I had read about and researched the new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, and really wanted one; however, they were not yet available. Matthew was able to find me the vehicle I wanted, and get it transferred to Valdosta. He was courteous, friendly, and efficient. He should probably become more familiar with 4WD systems, as his knowledge of the drivetrain was quite limited. Nonetheless, I do recommend him for his sincerity and honesty. No discounts were available because it is a brand new and highly demanded vehicle, and I am fine with that. One particular that left me dissatisfied was how expensive the destination and dealer transfer fees were, but I really wanted the vehicle. So far I've only driven it home from the dealership, but all good thus far. More

First BRAND NEW car I bought my first BRAND NEW car from Chad! My husband and I met with Chad on Saturday. We did not have an appointment and what was awesome is that we I bought my first BRAND NEW car from Chad! My husband and I met with Chad on Saturday. We did not have an appointment and what was awesome is that we went to the dealership around closing and he still took the time to spend with us. We discussed our budget needs and he did his best to keep within them. We tried to keep our payments in a certain range so he gave us an option for a SUV that would fit. There was no pressure to go with the more expensive car. I had my heart set on a Jeep Grand Cherokee so even after he presented the more reasonable option I still went with what I really wanted. I never felt pressured to do it. He had a great sense of humor and made buying from them relaxed. This is the second purchase we have made from Cass Burch and would definitely go back again! More
