This dealership was the second worst car buying experience of my life. I drove over an hour to check out a vehicle I found online only to be told they don’t honor those prices. They claimed they don’t put those prices online nor do they regulate that site. The vehicle was new and prices at 36,000 when i got there it was $37,000 then I find out it is actually $40,000. They marked up the vehicle so high that it was ridiculous and after driving an hour to get this dealer I ended up walking out. When I let them know I wanted the online price the finance manager rolled his eyes and refused to deal. So after promising to work on the deal and get the numbers where I wanted them I came back a few days later. When they showed me the numbers after running my credit and my signers credit they were trying to get over $45,000. Let me also tell you this they valued my trade without walking around, opening the doors, or driving it and low balled the number. I showed them printouts I had showing where it was valued at 3 different places A LOT higher and they gave in a little, but they knocked off incentives and raised the price of the vehicle I was interested in up. We walked out and I will not be back. Buyer beware when going here! More
