I have been a loyalty member at Griffin Chevrolet on Metro Boulevard for over 10 years. When I walked in there I was a total stranger. The guy that came up to me did not ask my name pull me up in the sy Metro Boulevard for over 10 years. When I walked in there I was a total stranger. The guy that came up to me did not ask my name pull me up in the system or anything. He just took my keys. Sent me to the waiting area and said it would take 40 minutes and less than 15 minutes He come with my keys. My car was ready very unprofessional unfriendly atmosphere. I would never go back there again. The new management up in there has no hospitality whatsoever. More

The paperwork had the wrong oil on it. When I question it they said the paperwork was wrong but I had the correct oil. So they redid the paperwork How do I know what oil is in my truck?
