Overall, service department are nice guys and have accommodating scheduling. I liked that. They needed a bit of pushing to uncover that my repair was actually covered by third-party warranty. But they were available to do the diagnosis and the repair work immediately which their competing dealership, fancy Andrew Chevy in Mke, could not do! So that’s good. I’m sticking with Griffjn, not bothering with Andrew anymore. More

My truck has a problem with the transmission slipping out of gear and only getting 10..5 mag in a 400 miles range. Griffen techs has my truck for 2 werks and could not diagnosed what was wrong. They basically gave up and gave truck back to me and charge me a $99 fee instead of $150. My truck still has the problems. I'm disappointed that a GM dealership could not figured out the proof a GM truck. More
