As usual Griffin provided a great service experience. My only recommendation is that the service center upsell more thoroughly. My wife got a new air filter, but failed to remember she needed her tires r My only recommendation is that the service center upsell more thoroughly. My wife got a new air filter, but failed to remember she needed her tires rotated and no one asked her when was the last time that took place. I gotta go back now for another service appointment just for tire rotation. This is important because many of the quick stop places do not offer this important maintenance point and its one of the reasons we go to Griffin. Thank you, erik More
