I called Wednesday to make an appointment for Saturday morning. I needed an oil change, new battery and brakes. He says no need for appointment, just come in. I stop in Friday night at 4:30, and again explain what I need and would like the truck back Saturday before close. I get a call at 11:00 that truck is done, but no time for brakes. Supposed to make another appointment. Ok fine, get there at 1:00 and truck is still not done, wait another 35 minutes and finally get out of there with an oil change and battery. What’s the point of calling early and dropping it off Friday night? I take three vehicles in for service at griffin and have bought a new vehicle there. Very disappointed More
