They attempted to charge me twice the amount of of the actual cost of repairs. I know this because I called around to several other very reputable repair shops and they all laughed at that price and could actual cost of repairs. I know this because I called around to several other very reputable repair shops and they all laughed at that price and could do it for half the cost with warranties, parts and labor. I saw them price another repair for someone on the phone and when the other workers heard it they laughed about the super high cost making me wonder if they were laughing when they gave me my price over the phone. I'm sure there's cameras in the shop, look for yourself. They also lost my car, telling me they parked it out front when it was somewhere in back. The person assisting me recommended i just leave the vehicle there with them while i figure it how to get a new car without paying me for mine! What am I supposed to think here? Because without an explanation as to why, I'm thinking they just want to use it for parts while not having to buy them. The issue with my car is also so common that there should be a recall but Chevy is stcrewing over the customers forcing us to pay over $6K for a rear main seal. I only have about $5,500 left to pay on it, why would i pay $6k to fix it!? I know about the law suits and I'm going to look deeper into them. More
