Overall, service department are nice guys and have accommodating scheduling. I liked that. They needed a bit of pushing to uncover that my repair was actually covered by third-party warranty. My truck has a problem with the transmission slipping out of gear and only getting 10..5 mag in a 400 miles range. Griffen techs has my truck for 2 werks and could not diagnosed what was wrong. They basically gave up and gave truck back to me and charge me a $99 fee instead of $150. My truck still has the problems. I'm disappointed that a GM dealership could not figured out the proof a GM truck. More
