My family has purchased from Griffin in the past and we're still very impressed. I purchased a new car and a couple of weeks later I purchased a used truck for my son-the truck broke down a week later ( we're still very impressed. Tech broke off a piece off my car, and then I was given a 25 dollar discount for my troubles. My service was 125 total. So I was still expected to pay 100 dollars after my car was damaged. Very friendly staff, but technically challenged: had no record of my online appointment (despite having numerous confirmations), seemed surprised/confused by the coupon I printed from the website then I ha record of my online appointment (despite having numerous confirmations), seemed surprised/confused by the coupon I printed from the website then I had to remind them again to apply the price, and mangled my email address despite it being simply my first and last name.
