Basic Code Readers Started having issues with my 300 and brought it in. I had previously replaced my coil packs and spark plugs. Upon their evaluation they told me I needed spark plug and coil pack replacements. The car was acting up prior to the ones I put in and I used better than OE parts. So they began to quote me at almost 1300 for that repair. Then told me I needed a new PCM. That too was almost 1500. I asked them to just look it over and see what is wrong with it. It did have a check engine light and kept stalling which they saw as it was being pulled in. They cleared the codes and got rid of the check engine light. Charged me 119.00 and I was out the door. It drove fine till the next day and I returned to them to have another look. They again said the same and told me that the car was up for a fuel tank replacement which may solve the problem. They wanted to keep it so I left it there and was told the gas tank would be in the next day. So the next day comes and Im still waiting. Around 5 in the afternoon I get a call that they want to hold the car another day and that the tank should be in in the morning. I said thats fine seeing how I live within the city. The next day the same thing happens and Im told it will be in tomorrow. I decided to pick up my car and take it to another shop. The following morning I recieved the call that my tank was in but they couldnt fit me in for two weeks. So I waited and still the same issue. Finally took it to a real mechanic and found out it was just a couple bad o2 sensors and the cam positioning sensor. All of which cost around 200 dollars and and about 150 in labor. Never will deal with them again. More

Service department, wet sand and dabbed paint where it ate down to the bare metal on the hood. Only offered a free detail, when I went to collect on that they wouldn't offer a comparable vehicle. I was told vehicle would be fast tracked. When I called two hours later to pick it up because I needed it for work it had not even been touched. You would assume that there would be better customer care with the cost of vehicles these days. More

Taken to the cleaners I was given an estimate to fix my car of @ $1540. When I went to pick up my car the bill was over $2000. I was billed for 8.5 hours of labor when they I was given an estimate to fix my car of @ $1540. When I went to pick up my car the bill was over $2000. I was billed for 8.5 hours of labor when they only had the car for 6.5. My coupon was not taken off and the money I paid for the diagnostic check was also not taken off. I had decided to give Grieger's one more chance since I have bought all of my cars from them for over 20 years. I'm really sorry I did because I got taken to the cleaners. More

HIGH PRICE SHYSTERS I took their car for test drive Well I was gone...... Came back....... They told me they almost TOWED my car. I got a price under car...... The other dealership BOSAK was $1236 less. What kind of dealership threatens to tell your car because you are on a late night test drive, which they authorized. I was going to buy the car when I came back...... But these people are idiots. Since then I've heard a lot of bad things around town. Service experiences etc. From close personal friends. I'll never forget the day they almost TOWED my car. More
