Sold a lemon Bought certified used town and country in feb and been in shop for same not starting issue 6 times and going on a 7th Suposedly different issues each Bought certified used town and country in feb and been in shop for same not starting issue 6 times and going on a 7th Suposedly different issues each time. Now they say it was sold to us by rhem with aftermarket wiring. Now is saying nothing more that they can do, except trade it in and now they are saying its not worth near what i owe on it. Service is trying, but sales knowingly sold me a vehicle with issues. Then the manager told me just trade it in elsewhere, and stop bothing us. More

I had talked to Julie (sales person) previously and she was not in at the moment, but scheduled to come in later in the day. However, Alan and sales manager gave me all the help I needed in completing my deal. I am very happy with the way I was treated and I am very happy with my new Jeep Cherokee.
