Do not believe what they tell you. I purchased a used Toyota Avalon from Grieco Toyota and everyone there was very nice and seemed trustworthy. Being a used vehicle I asked about the br I purchased a used Toyota Avalon from Grieco Toyota and everyone there was very nice and seemed trustworthy. Being a used vehicle I asked about the brakes, tires, ect. After purchasing the vehicle I took it to my own repair shop to find they were truthful about the brakes but the tires were a bit lower than I was told. The used car Manager told me that the tires were at 7/32 when really they are between 4/32 and 5/32. I called them back to be told a few different times that they are "looking into it." With excuses like the service writer is not working today (shouldnt that information be stored on the vehicles service history, not a service writers memory?) Finally after about a week they told me that the tires were 5/32 and I must have heard them wrong. I was concernced about getting good tires and if they had said 5/32 I would have remembered that. They could have had a good sale if they were honest. Im sure I wasnt the first fooled customer and Im sure I wont be the last. More
