Fool me once, fool me twice. Went back after a so-so first experience and it was even worse. I went to the dealership today, 4/4, for front brakes and rotors. As part of this, they claimed I "needed" a brake flush. I stated to them I had already had this done in December at another Toyota dealership. They claimed to have no access to verify this, yet both times I've been there, I've been harassed by their sales department about how I've done such a good job maintaining and servicing my vehicle, and wanting me to trade it in and get an above-value offer. Anyway, they went on to say that there was no way it could have been done in December. Of course, they weren't willing to put that in writing or testify to that. So either they lied to me, or the dealership that did in December lied to me. Either way, I got stuck paying for a brake flush twice in the span of 5 months. How does the sales department have access to my service history but not the service department? Unless the sales department is lying to people and just telling everyone they do a good job maintaining their vehicle. And why is the sales department calling me when I'm sitting right in the waiting room? Just come and talk to me if you're going to do it. Not that they should've even been contacting me to begin with, since I never gave any indication I was interested in a new vehicle. Either way, my confidence in Toyota is at rock bottom. More
I was looking to sell my car and so first I tried to get an initial estimate through Kelly Blue Book. After I got my quote for $4500, I was contacted by Greico Toyota saying they would like to buy my car an an initial estimate through Kelly Blue Book. After I got my quote for $4500, I was contacted by Greico Toyota saying they would like to buy my car and think they could offer me 20% more. So I sent them pictures of my car and didn't hide the condition at all (including a battery light on the dash). They said the car looked great and that I should still drive over. They looked at the car for 5 minutes and say "$2500 is the highest we can give you." So they lied about the 20% extra over the $4500 quote. Private parties and dealerships are selling my same car, with the same mileage, for $8,000-13,000. But since my car needed an alternator replacement, I was going to sell it for $6000. Greico Toyota lied to me, wasted my time, and gave me a low ball offer. Don't bother selling to them, they won't give you what it's worth. More
I bought a brand new 4Runner just under two months from this dealership, had nothing but problems with it. Brought the vehicle back twice within a month for the same problem that was never resolved. I reac this dealership, had nothing but problems with it. Brought the vehicle back twice within a month for the same problem that was never resolved. I reached out to the General Manager, Paul to express my concern…crickets. I reached out to my salesman, Enrique….crickets. I met with the Service Manager and he admitted something was wrong with the vehicle after a test drive. He recommended a field tech to come out and look at it since it was a bigger issue than what Greico wanted to take on. A month now has gone by and still nothing. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again. Buyers beware! More
I visited Grieco Toyota on September 9, 2025, to explore vehicles and financing. I was assured multiple times that the credit check would be only a soft inquiry. Based on that assurance, I provided my perso vehicles and financing. I was assured multiple times that the credit check would be only a soft inquiry. Based on that assurance, I provided my personal information. However, my Experian credit report clearly shows that Grieco Toyota performed a hard inquiry on that date. A hard inquiry can lower your credit score and stays on your report for up to two years. Since then, I have tried calling the dealership multiple times. Most calls went unanswered, and when someone did pick up, I was told I’d get a call back — but no one ever followed up. Instead, I was repeatedly transferred or brushed off without resolution. Customers should be very cautious and carefully review what they are authorizing in writing before giving personal information here. My experience shows a lack of honesty and accountability in how credit checks are handled. More
This dealership will give you false information about approval and rates before even checking with their financial department. Staff says there is no phone number I can call or anyone i can talk to. I had a dispute with my bank and was told to cancel it, and they would refund me. When I went back with the canceled dispute, they still said they couldn’t give me the money and there was noone i could complain to. More
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Jai, a salesman at Grieco Toyota. Jai was patient, listened to my criteria/needs, and spent plenty of time with me while looking for a used car. Unfortunately, I did not find the vehicle I wanted here, but will surely have it serviced here. Jai came out to congratulate me when I pulled up for the inspection, and was happy I had found the vehicle I had been looking for. I realize that selling cars is a tough job, a lot of pressure, no sales, no income. I appreciated Jai's sincerity, even though his efforts did not result in a sale. A nice young man who's personality will serve him well in any field. More

Sent a note via autohunter as I was interested in a car they had list. I receieve 8 calls from them the first day even though I told them I was on vacation in Texas. I told them I would be happy to come se they had list. I receieve 8 calls from them the first day even though I told them I was on vacation in Texas. I told them I would be happy to come see the car when I returned home tuo Massachusetts. Why they insisted of harassing me while on vacation turned me off completely. No respect for a potential customer personal time. What a disappointment! As much as I would like to buy the car I have to think twice about dealing with an outfit that treats potential customers this way. I would have rather left them a rave review than this one. More
